Rights and similarity of using for company's name ADIUM

Dear team.

We are based in Brazil and we are setting up a company with the name Adium Media Digital and Adium Comunicacao (communication in english). We provide multimedia interactive with digital technology.

As part of the amazing "premium words" (AD+i+UM) chosen, we are very much happy with the company's name but at the same time, sceptical about avoiding associating the open source app provided by the Adium developer team.

Therefore, I ask:
How can we have the green light from the adium team?
